Perez’s 2015 Force India and final Alfa Romeo 2022 showcar go up for auction on F1 Authentics

A number of rare F1 memorabilia items have been added to the F1 Authentics Destination Miami auction, including one of Sergio Perez’s former Force India machines and a 2022-specification Alfa Romeo showcar.

Owned by Memento Exclusives, the UK-based sports memorabilia specialist, F1 Authentics are auctioning off a Force India VJM08 (chassis number three) driven by Perez during the 2015 F1 season, with original race-used parts featuring throughout.

Also going under the hammer is the last remaining Alfa Romeo C42 showcar, which includes a signed chassis plaque by drivers Valtteri Bottas and Zhou Guanyu, while no reserve price has been attached.

“We are thrilled to be able to auction this extremely rare, race-used VJM08 ex-race car, once driven by Sergio Perez, over on our F1 Authentics auction, not to mention the only C42 showcar remaining,” said Barry Gough, CEO and Founder of Memento Exclusives and F1 Authentics.
