Nissan has just announced U.S. pricing for the 2023 Sentra and much to our surprise, despite record inflationary pressures, its starting price has only been increased by a small amount.

Much like the 2022 model, the latest iteration of the Sentra is available in S, SV, and SR grades. Prices for the Sentra S kick off from $19,950 excluding a $1,095 destination and handling fee. That’s only a small increase from the $19,510 starting price of the 2022 model, plus a $1,025 destination and handling fee.

While the Sentra S is the base model, that doesn’t mean it lacks features. As a matter of fact, it comes standard with remote keyless entry with push-button start, a 7-inch infotainment system, Nissan Safety Shield 360, 16-inch steel wheels with wheel overs, a chrome-trimmed front grille, and a 60/40 split-folding rear seat.

Sitting in the middle of the Sentra range is the SV. This trim starts at $21,170, up from the $20,570 price of the 2022 model. A handful of additional features help to justify this price hike. These include 16-inch alloy wheels, heated wing mirrors, a Nissan Intelligent Key, a 7-inch digital instrument cluster, an 8-inch infotainment display, Intelligent Cruise Control, two extra speakers, and upgraded cloth on the seats. A Premium package is offered for the SV that adds 17-inch alloy wheels, a power-sliding panoramic room, quilted leather-appointed seats, and a leather-wrapped steering wheel.

Rounding out the range is the Sentra SR which starts at $22,840, a small price hike from the $22,100 of last year’s model. It comes standard with 18-inch wheels, a dark front grille, black wing mirrors, a new rear spoiler, sill extensions, chrome exhaust tip, and sporty interior cloth with orange stitching.
